Free, Starter and Growth currently use hard usage caps. There is no trial, usage overage, coupon or metered add-on in the initial contract. Subscription checkout and management are handled by Stripe; Skunivo never collects card details directly.

Pricing questions
What counts as an inventory operation?
A successful business command such as a stock write, reservation create or commit, inbound create or receive, outbound transition, or transfer create, ship or receive. Reads, rollbacks and idempotent replays do not count as new operations.
Are test and live usage combined?
No. Product, location, API key, webhook, operation, export and API request limits are measured per organization, environment and applicable period.
Can I change plans later?
Starter and Growth subscriptions are managed through hosted Stripe checkout and the customer portal. Enterprise changes are handled by agreement.
Does Enterprise have unlimited usage?
Enterprise uses negotiated limits and audited entitlement overrides. It is custom, not automatically unlimited.
